The engineer for every session must mark all gear before using it, mark if it was used during the session and once everyone else has left, mark it as returned once complete.
Be sure to open all cases to make sure the equipment is in fact accounted for.
If gear is missing or damaged, the group or individual that last used it may be considered responsible and need to help pay for repairs or replacement of
equipment.
